Malvoisie
In the district of Nus the Pinot Grigio grape has for centuries taken the name of Malvoisie [Malvasia or Malmsey].
Colour: straw yellow with golden highlights.
Nose: very intense and fruity with sensations of peach, pear and hazelnut.
Taste: fleshy, savoury with good length and persistence.
Accompaniments: excellent as an apperitif with starters, first courses, white meats and fish.
Serving temperature: 8°-10°C (46°-50°F).
